Introduction to Measure – The M of DMAIC

We have Successfully completed the Define phase of DMAIC and are entering the Measure the “M” of DMAIC.

The Goal of the Define phase was just to identify what is wrong with our Process. The Goal of the Measure phase extends this to include how bad our process is.

Before we proceed any further, let us look at the Road Map for the Measure Phase.
