can deal with unmotivated employees at your workplace.

you see in the movies. However, there are zombies of a different kind at most
organizations. These zombies are not walking corpses with torn clothes; they
look and dress like everyone else. Unfortunately, they don’t work like everyone
else. Some zombies use names like Toxic, Disengaged, Actively Disengaged, or
Demotivated but Competent, but I prefer the generic name Workplace Zombie.

the subsequent improvement level. However, having a zombie on any project will
not give you the results you are looking for. It is not that they don’t want to
do anything at work; it’s just that their goal is not to serve the customer.
Instead, these members of the working undead would rather do as little as
possible to pick up a paycheck.
