Measure Phase - Tollgate Review

We have successfully complete the “Measure Phase” of our DMAIC process.

Before moving on to the Analyze phase, we need to conduct a tollgate review that ensures that we have accomplished all your critical tasks in the current “Measure Phase”. This review should be attended by your Lean Six Sigma Champion, your Process Owner, team members, and other key stakeholders.
