Introduction – Finding the Significant Causes

We have done as much pre-analysis activity as possible before starting the real detective work in our Lean Six Sigma Project. We have generated a lot of ideas & leads from Brainstorming, Process Mapping, FMEA etc.

As of now, all the evidence is still circumstantial and we would need hard evidence to win the case… Sorry if I am sounding like a mystery novel writer. The point am trying to make
