Quick Recap



In the previous few chapters, we have taken a look at the preliminary sequence of actions we do after we identify a possible project like:
1. Writing the Problem Statement
2. Defining/Documenting the Process Flow
3. Collecting the Voice of the Customer

To summarize we learnt that:
• Problem statements are necessary in setting you on the right course for improving your performance shortfall.
