More Sources for Ideas

In the previous chapter, we learnt one possible idea of identifying good Lean Six Sigma Projects. Unfortunately the whole idea is based on having well-defined CT’s. Sometimes companies don’t have their CTs identified or documented very well.

So, in such cases, we have other alternated sources of ideas for good projects. Some of them are:
