Compensation: Excellent Compensation with Bonus

Relocation: Flexible - Position Requires 80% Travel

Our client is a service industry and government focused consulting firm that is a division of a highly respected globally recognized Lean and Six Sigma consulting company that is seeking to leverage its strong growth in the service sector by adding experience Lean and Six Sigma talent to their organization. Position Description and Responsibilities:

Candidates must have experience leveraging continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and/or Lean in a transactional service or government setting. Consultants are focused on executing client engagements, leveraging the broad suite of our clients Six Sigma and Lean performance improvement tools.

Position Critical to Quality + Success (CTQ+S): Technical Behavioral Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma principles including delivery methodologies
  • Service industry consulting experience preferred
  • Outstanding ability to collect, analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Program or project management experience
  • History of managing and being managed to targeted results

  • Proven capability to work with people at all levels of an organization
  • Dynamic facilitator
  • Executive level communication skills (oral and written)
