Position Description and Responsibilities: Our client seeks an expert in Lean and Six Sigma to facilitate this business division’s global continuous improvement effort focused on creating a world class manufacturing environment. Solid experience with leading both Lean and Six Sigma integrated continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting is a must. - In this role the ideal candidate will deliver aggressive increments of OEE, yield and quality levels in our plants globly
- Identify and facilitate continuous improvement efforts in each one of the plants in association with the local Plant management to exercise step improvement in operational excellence.
- Create and implement a business system that shows program progress, plant performance against objectives and benchmark performance against best in class together with drivers of these values.
Position Critical to Quality + Success (CTQ+S): Technical Behavioral Requirements - BS Technical Engineering Degree
- Strong project management and plant turnaround track record
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six-Sigma implementation.
- Experience in leading by influence and motivating a multi-layer team.
- Demonstrated change management track record, preferably including operations turnarounds.
- Multicultural awareness and experience
- Ability to innovate and communicate ideas effectively.
- Experience in successfully leading improvement programs in a manufacturing/operations context
