One of our Southwest based clients is a well known and fast growing diversified financial services company with a growing Lean Six Sigma deployment focused on diving significant business impact, service and culture change.
Position Description and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have both Lean deployment and Six Sigma experience (BB or MBB certified) in either a transactional and/or process setting. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, influencing skills, and mentoring/training skills/experience in both Lean and Six Sigma. BS Technical or other quantitative based degree is preferred.
